SunnyKen > Sunset over Mexico City's mountains, from my hotel window at the Pdregral Palace.
SunnyKen > July 20th, 2004.
On the road once again, this time to exhibit at the PanAmerican Congress for Hyperbaric Medicine. I arrived in Mexico City in the evening. The city is huge, with over 33 million people the largest in the world. The main avenue, stretching from one end to the other, is nearly 70 miles long. This altitude of almost 9000 feet also took a bit of getting used to.
Two young physicians, Alberto Chavez and William Gonzalez, were waiting for me at the airport and became my "guardian angels" for the rest of the week.

SunnyKen > Soon after, we came to the Lost City. The fascinating shapes are created by erosion over time. However, in Paiute tradition calls the pillars Hoodoos, or Legend People, turned to stone by the Coyote God.
